Now, the art of rhetoric being available for the enforcing either of truth or falsehood, who will dare to say that truth in the person of its defenders is to take its stand unarmed against falsehood?
— Saint Augustine

We live in a visual culture. The visual arts—photography, videography, graphic design, and art—are incredible tools that capture and interpret the wonder of God and tell the story of the world in which we live. These mediums move beyond rational thought and target the heart.

Investing in space for visual artists to collaborate and create will encourage our people to visualize God's creativity in new and exciting ways. As God moves in the hearts of our artists, through mentoring, messages, and their own devotions, they will find opportunities to worshipfully respond to Him in ways that speak to our cultural experiences.
